Program Overview

Week 1: Warm up / Introduction to load
Learn how to properly warm up and load the body to prepare it to get into its stance to strengthen your body’s posture!
Week 2: Warm up level 2 / Agility position transition
Train your body to progress what you have learned from week one. Week two teaches the basics of transitioning your body’s position to efficiently change direction.


Week 3: Warm up level 3 / agility speed and power / introduction to conditioning
In week 3 you will learn how to use what you have learned from week 2 to increase your footwork speed and how to develop more power out of your cuts. You will also learn how to start improving your agility conditioning.
Week 4: Warm up level 4 / Agility tempo drills with conditioning
Final week: you get to put all your new skills learned to the test! You will learn new moves that you can use out on the field! Most importantly, you will continue to improve your agility conditioning that will have you flying by the competition!

These camps will prepare the athletes for their upcoming high school football season and they will get retested in their combine drills. All this will complete their portfolio to be resent to college coaches/recruiters to show the scouts how much the athletes have improved!
