Description
At home or on-the-go, practice wherever and whenever you want! With the Elite Agility program you can take it anywhere and to any field with just agility ladders and cones to work on improving your agility skills! To get the most out of this program, you must train at least 3 times a week for a month! In those 4 weeks you will learn the building blocks to improve your agility attributes.
Overview of the Elite Agility Program:
Week One – Warm up / Introduction to load
- Learn how to properly warm up and load the body to prepare it to get into its stance to strengthen your body’s posture!
Week Two – Warm up level 2 / Agility position transition
- Train your body to progress what you have learned from week one. Week two teaches the basics of transitioning your body’s position to efficiently change direction.
Week Three – Warm up level 3 / agility speed and power / introduction to conditioning
- In week 3 you will learn how to use what you have learned from week 2 to increase your footwork speed and how to develop more power out of your cuts. You will also learn how to start improving your agility conditioning.
Week Four – Warm up level 4 / Agility tempo drills with conditioning
- Final week: you get to put all your new skills learned to the test! You will learn new moves that you can use out on the field! Most importantly, you will continue to improve your agility conditioning that will have you flying by the competition!
