CHAD'S HISTORY

Chad Barnes, a former University of Miami football player (2011-2013) and holder of a BS Degree in Exercise Physiology, is a distinguished CSCS certified Functional Practitioner. With a decade of extensive training experience, including the preparation of college athletes for the NFL Combine, Chad honed his skills while interning at Bommarito Performance Systems in North Miami, FL.

His expertise spans across a wide spectrum of sports, enabling him to train athletes in football, soccer, basketball, baseball, softball, volleyball, hockey, rugby, tennis, and lacrosse, catering to individuals and teams of all age groups.
